The Kourtney Kardashian Avocado Pudding



It must of been over a year ago, I was watching Keeping up with the Kardashian and was so intrigued by the green pudding Kourtney was eating. One year later, I had a bunch of ripe avocados, ya'll know how fast avocados get brown, so  I had to be creative in their consumption. You can find the recipe here, but I didn't have all the ingredients so I made my own little version of the pudding.

What I used:

1 Avocado 
1 cup of Almond Milk 
2 tsp of Brown Sugar

I blended the ingredients in my Nutribullet and topped it with some chia seeds and some Special K dark chocolate and coconut granola

If I was to do it again, I would do it with coconut milk to add more flavour. Other than that, the pudding was yummy and filling and made me feel good about myself, so I would totally do it again!
