I'm Doing the 21 Day Mental Wellness Challenge!

I was just scrolling through Pinterest when this link for a mental wellness challenge came up my feed. It's from brittneyamoses.com and it's basically a 21 day challenge which focuses on spiritual faith and mental health. These two topics are often separated, but they really shouldn't be. From my own experience, I find that my mental health suffers the most when I'm leaning away from my faith.

Lately, I find myself getting overwhelmed easily and feeling very anxious. I'm hoping that this challenge helps strengthen my mental health in a positive way and also helps me grow in my faith. 

I will 100% be posting my experience with this challenge, probably in weekly,  and I challenge anyone reading this to join too! Should be fun!
